WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First, choose your membership plan below (1ST or 2ND TIER) based on your AL activity profile.

You’ll then be redirected to the ALEP platform, where you can enter your details and pay your yearly quota.
Payment methods: MBWay, Multibanco Reference, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer
(Note: except for bank transfers, all other methods allow your membership to be processed immediately.) -
As soon as your payment is confirmed and your details received, you’ll get full access to ALEP’s Membership & Insurance Platform, where you can request your free insurance and immediately add cover for additional units.
You’ll also receive an email with all the information you need to access ALEP’s services.

* The yearly membership quota includes 1 Alojamento Local civil liability insurance for one main AL unit (up to 30 guests or 9 rooms)
If you have multiple short-term rentals, you can add insurance: €39 per property – valid for villas, flats, and rooms; and €59 per property – for Hospitality Establishments (Guest House, B&B, or Hostel)
